Training and Breeding "Question Time" seminar - book your place now!
The Greyhound Board of Great Britain (GBGB) is presenting “Question Time” at Harlow Stadium in Essex on Tuesday, April 21st.  Champion trainers’, top breeders and racing vets will be answering your questions in a forum chaired by Floyd Amphlett, editor of the Greyhound Star.

The event is split into two key sessions running from 11am to 3pm.  The morning debate will concentrate on breeding, rearing and schooling greyhounds while the afternoon session will focus on training tips including feeding, exercise, problem-solving and injury treatment.   Advice on buying a greyhound will also be offered.

Introducing the day’s proceedings will be Declan Donnelly, Director of Regulation at the Greyhound Board while speakers on the day will include top trainers Nick Savva and Mark Wallis.  Amongst other guest speakers are Coventry track vet Richard Torr and Bob Gilling, secretary of the Greyhound Breeders’ Forum.

The panel of experts has been assembled by the GBGB, working with it’s Training Consultant David Parker. He said:

“Over the past few years, these events have provided a great opportunity for all GBGB licensed personnel including trainers’, kennel hands and vets to tap into the expert knowledge of those individuals currently at the top of their game.  We invite attendees to bring their queries and questions, but no greyhounds please!

‘The event is free of charge but places are limited so to avoid disappointment download the registration form on the GBGB website, www.gbgb.org.uk and post back to me at Home Farm, Back Street, Thornborough, Bucks, MK18 2HD.  Alternatively email me directly at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
